Synoptek CEO Tim Britt said the companies had a “shared vision and commitment”.
Since its inception in 1991, Macquarium has provided international consulting and business development services to companies including Southern Company, Norfolk Southern, Snap-on-Tools, Home Depot, MGM, Equifax, UPS and Wells Fargo.
The Macquarium brand will continue under the Synoptek portfolio.
