Partial student loan forgiveness: what are the implications?

Biden did not specify how much debt he plans to cancel, but he said he supported $10,000 in campaign aid.

“I’m looking at facing debt reduction. I’m not looking at $50,000 debt reduction,” Biden said at the White House after unveiling new funding for Ukraine.
